                               RESOLUTION NO. 18882
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
                   AGREEMENT WITH HENSLEY-SCHMIDT, INC.
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 74A, BOY SCOUT ROAD
                   PUMPING STATION, AT AN ADDITIONAL COST NOT
                   TO EXCEED ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
                   THIRTY-SIX AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($11,536.00),
                   WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, Amendment No. 2 
to
       the Agreement with Hensley-Schmidt, Inc. relative to providing
       additional engineering services on Contract No. 74A, Boy Scout
       Road Pumping Station, at an additional cost not to exceed
       $11,536.00, without prior approval.
